CAP Life Skills

Snowdrops and crocuses are beginning to appear, the days are getting longer – there are signs that Spring is on the way with its promise of new life and new hope.  Thank you God.  Who could have imagined that we would still be living in lockdown, still unable to meet up with (and hug) our family and friends? We may be doing less but coping with more.

This past year has been difficult, to varying degrees, with uncertainty and fear some common emotions for us all.  Our new way of life has shown us all the importance of caring for each other and for ourselves.

Banbridge Life Skills group is still here; we may not be able to meet in person but we continue to contact existing and new clients by telephone and email.

We can’t always choose what happens in our lives but we can choose how we deal with those things.  If you, or anyone you know, needs help with anything, or just a chat, then please contact us.  We don’t have to struggle in silence but if we don’t tell people how we feel, how will they know?

 Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
